By accessing this website (bhalli.dev), including the blog, booking, and contact pages, booking a free technical consultation, or engaging my software engineering, SaaS MVP architecture, or AI consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site or book consultations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use this website, submit the contact form, or book a consultation.

3. Scope of Services

I provide professional freelance and contract software engineering services, specializing in SaaS MVP development, custom AI integrations, mobile app development (React Native), and Agile project delivery. Each project engagement is governed by a separate, signed Service Agreement detailing scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to enter into a Service Agreement; it is a description of services I may agree to provide.

4. Consultation Booking & Communication

Consultations are booked through the integrated Cal.com scheduler at /booking. By booking a meeting, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time using the links provided in your booking confirmation email.

5. Blog Content

Content published at /blogs is provided for general informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional, technical, or business advice specific to your situation. I make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate but do not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or timeliness, and I am not liable for actions taken in reliance on it. Reuse or republication of blog content requires my prior written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

Unless otherwise specified in a custom Service Agreement, you retain 100% intellectual property ownership of the custom code, repositories, cloud infrastructure configurations, and visual assets produced for your project upon final payment of all outstanding invoices. The content, graphics, blog posts, and code on this portfolio website (bhalli.dev) are my intellectual property and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms, together with any signed Service Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between us regarding use of this website and supersede any prior understandings.
